Although
built of brick, +1950’s, it is an excellent structure built with
excellent
strong craftsmanship. The house is warm and cosy and very neat and
tidy, it
will make for very comfortable living.
The homestead consists of 4 modern bedrooms of reasonable size, two
modern bathrooms, and a cosy lounge with a fireplace, a dining area, a
kitchen
with pantry and washroom. There is an
adjoining garage. Most of the house is
tiled or has parquet flooring
