Summary

Located in South Africa in the great scenic beauty of the Eastern Free State some 13 km from the town of Clocolan

including the famed Judges Head and has manicured English garden.
It was built in the mid 1870s for an Anglican priest

The large main house has magnificent original woodwork and panelling and comprises a large,
so-called music room, which has accommodated a sit-down dinner for 80 people.
The downstairs includes a separate dining room, a lounge, farmhouse kitchen,
bathroom, separate toilet and two large Victorian bedrooms.
A feature staircase leads upstairs to the main bedroom and bathroom and two other, smaller bedrooms.

The separate Coach House has two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a kitchen and a lounge.

The Estate is a working farm (310 ha), with the lands being leased to local farmers and producing wheat and maize.
Livestock includes a number of horses - located in the sandstone stable block -
and small number of sheep and cattle.
It has a good water supply from two windmills and three boreholes, as well as two mountain springs.

which include snow skiing and the Katse dam.
